Remove yeast, eggs and butter from refrigerator earlier and warm to room temperature. Sift flour into a large bowl. Warm milk (should be lukewarm, lightly warm).
Make a yeast mixture: stir crumbled yeast for a minute with 1 tablespoon sugar to dissolve ingredients. Add 1/3 of milk and 2 tablespoons flour, mix well. Cover with cloth and set aside for 15 minutes to rise.
Blend egg and yolks with remaining milk. Combine with remaining flour, remaining sugar, yeast mixture and soft butter.
Knead everything thoroughly for about 15 minutes until ingredients are fully combined and dough is smooth, elastic and begins to pull away from the bowl or hands if kneading by hand.
Cover with cloth and set aside in a warm place for about 60 minutes to rise.
