• 80 g goat cheese
• fresh oregano (or basil)

Honey balsamic sauce with tabasco:

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• a few drops of tabasco sauce
