Peel the apple, then carefully remove the core with a sharp knife. Slice the apple into approximately 7 mm slices.
Place yogurt in a bowl, add egg, oil, and sugar. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder and mix again with a whisk.
Coat the apple slices in the batter and place on a non-stick pan, such as a crepe pan. You can grease the pan with fat.
Fry without touching or flipping on medium heat for about 2 minutes, until the pancakes rise and turn nicely golden. Then flip to the other side and repeat frying.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or drizzle with maple or caramel syrup.
