Ingredients

• 1 ripe peach
• 500 ml of sparkling prosecco or other good sparkling wine or champagne

Preparation

1. Into the blender container, place the chopped peach (unpeeled, but without the pit). Add 1 cup of sparkling wine and blend everything thoroughly. Add the remaining wine and blend again, pour into tall glasses. You can decorate the rim of the glass with a piece of peach.
